Prayag Hospital — Healthcare Website & Appointment Experience
Mission
The mission was to design a digital front door for the hospital that reduces anxiety and friction for patients. The site needed to feel trustworthy and approachable while making it easy to find doctors, understand services, and take action without overwhelming users during stressful decision moments.
Challenge
Healthcare websites often suffer from information overload, unclear navigation, and low trust signals. The challenge was to present complex medical information, multiple departments, and doctor credentials in a way that remains human, readable, and actionable. Special care was required to balance visual softness with clinical credibility and operational clarity.
Goal
The final outcome is a scalable hospital website system that supports appointments, trust-building, and patient education in one cohesive experience. The design establishes a foundation that can grow with the hospital while remaining calm, accessible, and operationally efficient.
