Mesdo

Mesdo is an early-stage healthcare hiring platform built to address trust, verification, and signal quality issues in medical recruitment. Hiring in healthcare often relies on fragmented data, manual verification, and informal references, leading to inefficiencies and risk for both institutions and professionals. My work on Mesdo focused on defining the product foundation, structuring verification and hiring workflows, and translating a complex domain into clear, usable systems. The goal was not just to design interfaces, but to build a product structure that could support regulated workflows, long-term scale, and evolving operational needs.

Mission

To create a structured and trustworthy hiring ecosystem for healthcare by standardizing credentials, verification, and professional signals while keeping the system usable for both medical professionals and hiring institutions.

Challenge

The core challenge was designing a system that balances trust, verification depth, and usability without overwhelming users. Medical professionals need fast, low-friction onboarding, while institutions require confidence in credentials, experience, and authenticity. The product also needed to avoid becoming a simple job board by introducing meaningful structure and signal quality into profiles, applications, and hiring workflows.

Goal

The primary goal was to build a scalable product foundation that enables verified hiring workflows while remaining flexible enough to evolve with regulatory changes, operational feedback, and market validation. Success was defined by clarity of structure, adaptability of workflows, and the ability to support future features such as deeper verification, analytics, and institutional tooling.
